This waist trainer did exactly what it was supposed to do- cinch in my waist and provide me with the delicate hour glass figure I was looking for. Naturally, I already have a hour glass shape but I did want the water fat in my stomach to slim down. I also suffer from scoliosis so this has kept my back nice and secured. I’ll do a update in 2 weeks to tell y’all how it’s working out for me. So far so good.

So I received my Waist Trainer on 2/25 and started to use it immediately. It is so comfortable that I can use it all day. It has helped me with my back pain because unfortunately I sit at work all day :( I also use it at the gym and it makes me sweat.. I have notice a difference in my waist (which I love seeing). It is also very easy to clean and maintain.. Bottom line my suggestion is buy it. It is worth it specially for the price that it is offered !!!

I just received my belt and instantly feel in love. It fit true to size. Great for back posture. I worked up a good sweat. Will purchase anything for my friend.

I love it made made with very good materials just a little too small for me, I did check the size chart and double checked it to make sure I read the reviews so I thought it would fit maybe after I lose a little weight I can use it I probably have to go up one size.

I absolutely love my belt and highly recommend it! I have been going to pain management specialists for SI Joint trauma for 2 years now and not even pain medication has helped as much as this belt! It stabilizes my hips and reduces the pain by 75%! It is very well constructed and weighs almost nothing!
