When you shop online, you may be concerned about the return process. We have a simple and easy return process that you can use to get your return processed quickly.
Step 1: Submit a Completed Return Form
To start a return, visit prowaist.co.uk/a/returns to process your request.
Steps on how to fill in:
- Input your order number (e.g. PR12345)
- Input your email address, which you have used when you ordered on our site. You can also use your Zip Code or Phone number.
- Click “FIND MY ORDER”
- Select which item you would like to return.
- Click on “NEXT”
- Select “Return your item” to request for a refund. Then, select the reason for returning the item.
Or select “Exchange for new color / size” to get something else. Select the color and size for your exchange item. Then, select the reason for returning the item.
Finally, upload a photo of the item you received. (This is only required for certain reason of your return request)
- Click “CONFIRM” to submit your request.
- Wait for the next email for the instructions.
Your application will be reviewed if it's eligible for refund or exchange. Once we approve your return, you shall receive an email for the next instructions.
Step 2: Return your order with your preferred shipping company
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our return address. You can get a return postage and choose from the following options:
Return via Evri:
- Collections for with Evri (all sizes) - Print At Home £4.50
- Drop off with Evri - Print in Shop with QR code £2.90
Return via Royal Mail:
- Drop off with Royal Mail for large letter 35x25x3 - Print in Post office with QR code £2.50
- Drop off with Royal Mail for parcel size 45x35x16 £2.90

For refund requests, we will process the return postage from our end and discount the amount from the refund.
For exchange, an invoice will be sent to you to pay for the return postage.
Step 3: Process your request for a refund or an exchange
Once we receive your returned item/s, your request for a refund or an exchange will be automatically processed.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@prowaist.co.uk .
Exchange item:
The exchange item will be processed as soon as we verify the receipt of your returned item. An email notification will be sent to you as soon as the exchange item is shipped out.
